Plan Design and Installation
We design plans based on the specific goals of each client. After a review of the employee census information we will provide alternative plan design options for discussion and fine tuning. Once a plan design has been selected, we will prepare the documents accordingly.
Administration and Consulting
We will provide all of the necessary services to have the plan run efficiently and in accordance with IRS and DOL regulations. This includes annual government filings, contribution calculations, processing of distributions and compliance testing. Clients have one dedicated plan consultant who knows all aspects of their plan.
With many years of experience we are qualified and licensed to provide actuarial calculations and certifications as required or requested. We provide illustrations showing the potential savings by adding a defined benefit plan. We are experienced in providing financial disclosure valuations when required by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
We provide amendments and plan restatements as the laws change, and as requested by our clients. In addition, we can help identify existing issues and suggest correction procedures through IRS/DOL programs to keep the plan in compliance.
